Special Gifts
CCCS recognizes that the influence and joy of music are inestimable in our lives and in the lives of those we love. For this reason we encourage both honorary and memorial financial gifts to further the hearing and promotion of quality music in the community. If you wish to make a special gift, please make sure to state the purpose of the gift when making your contribution. If it is honorary, please provide the name and address of honoree and the occasion for the recognition. For memorial gifts, please provide the name of the person the gift is in memory of as well as the address of the person to be notified.
Jacques M. Kearns Memorial Fund
The Jacques M. Kearns Memorial Fund was created to honor the contributions to choral music made by the late Jack Kearns who was the founding Artistic Director of the CCCS. The purpose of the fund is to give young people the opportunity to actively participate in singing and to advance their knowledge, value, role, and appreciation of choral music. To this end, the immediate use of the fund is to provide stipends to qualified individuals, particularly to those who study music or anticipate pursuing a musical education or vocation in music. In exchange for this monetary help, the recipient will be an active member of CCCS, providing assistance to its members by sharing their musical skills and leadership. For all contributions, please be sure to include a designation for the Jacques M. Kearns Memorial Fund.
